This full-time, remote position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Sunrise Behavioral Health, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to establish clients' needs.

• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that each plan meets the unique requirements of the child and family.
\n
• Monitoring outcomes and progress as a collaborative member of the interdisciplinary team.
\n
• Offering guidance and support to families to foster a nurturing environment for their child’s development.
\n
• Ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations to maintain the highest standards of care.
\n
• Building rapport with children, families, and staff members to create a positive, healthy environment conducive to learning and growth.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices in developing joint plans with families, focusing on strategies that align with Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Providing coaching and education to families on how to enhance their child's development in real-world settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with young children, including infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. Your efforts will be instrumental in aiding these children to acquire essential skills in various areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication development during their critical early years of life.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license to facilitate travel for in-home visits as necessary.

• Demonstrated commitment to supporting diverse learning styles and adapting treatment approaches based on individual client needs.
