Work Environment\n

As a remote position, you will conduct your work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral member of our dynamic counseling team. You will have access to secure digital tools and resources that facilitate remote client interactions, treatment planning, and ongoing case management. While our center is primarily an outpatient facility, flexibility in work hours may be required, including occasional evenings and weekends, to best support our clients' varying schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse needs accurately.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals grappling with mental health issues combined with substance use disorders. Clients may also present various life challenges, including but not limited to relationship difficulties, grief, and major life transitions. Your role will greatly influence these clients' recovery journeys, requiring a sensitivity to the complexities of their situations and the provision of tailored support to promote optimal outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
