Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will take on a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' psychosocial needs upon admission and throughout their treatment journey.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique goals and support systems.

• Providing individual and group counseling sessions that address the emotional and psychological facets of recovery from substance use.

• Assisting clients in building coping strategies and life skills to help manage stress and prevent relapse.

• Coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, including medical providers, therapists, and case managers to ensure holistic support for clients.

• Monitoring client progress through regular follow-up sessions and documentation of each session's outcomes in our electronic health records system.

The primary client population for this role includes individuals undergoing detoxification and early recovery from substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
