Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible work from home capabilities while engaging with individuals in detox. Hours are structured from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, accommodating a work-life balance with no required evenings or weekends.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, creating individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and ongoing interactions.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and counseling, aiming to support clients through challenging circumstances effectively.

• Collaborate as a key member of a multidisciplinary team, facilitating communication between different healthcare providers and ensuring a unified approach to patient care.

• Maintain and manage an active caseload, understanding the complexities of mental health disorders in a detox setting, and adjusting treatment as necessary based on client feedback and progress.

• Screen for substance use and provide counseling for patients exhibiting signs of drug or alcohol abuse, facilitating referrals to appropriate programs or MAT services as needed.

• Document patient encounters accurately and timely using electronic health records, adhering to mental health policies and regulatory standards.

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detoxification, including those struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. You will work to empower these clients by helping them navigate their recovery process, fostering a supportive environment that encourages their active participation in therapy and ongoing treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A current, valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your expertise and commitment are recognized through a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
