Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health, strengths, coping mechanisms, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions incorporating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Develop customized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions based on clients’ unique needs and progress.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to each client’s care.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans to address immediate client needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops that encourage peer support and empowerment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele at our detox center consists of individuals facing substance use challenges coupled with mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
