Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments through detailed patient interviews, careful observations, and thorough analysis of existing medical records to better understand how emotional, social, and environmental factors influence recovery.

• Deliver counseling and emotional support to patients and their families, facilitating open dialogues about adjustment issues and mental well-being during the detox process.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to create and implement individualized treatment plans that take into account each patient’s unique psychosocial needs as well as their medical conditions.

• Assist patients in navigating and accessing critical community resources, including support groups, vocational rehabilitation services, and housing assistance, to foster independence post-recovery.

• Play an integral role in discharge planning, ensuring patients have the resources and support necessary for a smooth transition back to home or other care settings.

• Document patient progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and maintaining confidentiality in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on patients undergoing detoxification, who often face complex emotional and social challenges on their journey to recovery. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to join our dedicated team.
