Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Arrowhead, you will take on a vital role with substantial responsibilities:

• Facilitate Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver a spectrum of therapies including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused treatments tailored to each client's situation.

• Maintain Clinical Documentation: Keep accurate and timely records of therapy sessions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to create a holistic treatment approach for each patient, fostering optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Your primary focus will be working with individuals in a detox setting, many of whom may be facing substance use disorders accompanied by a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We recognize the important work our LCSWs do and offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
