Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive substance use and mental health counseling to individuals, couples, and families who have been referred for outpatient treatment.

• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual and couples therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to promote healing and recovery.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner, including all notes related to each client's progress.

• Coordinate case management and refer clients to additional resources as needed, such as support groups and community services.

• Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently, ensuring an updated calendar is maintained.

As an Outpatient Counselor, you will work with a varied demographic that includes youth, adults, and families facing challenges related to mental health and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a human services or behavioral healthcare field.

• Possession of a valid LCSW license and a minimum of two years of paid full-time experience in chemical dependency, mental health, or adolescent treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes:
