Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, leveraging therapeutic modalities appropriate to client needs.

• Craft, implement, and periodically reassess individualized care plans, ensuring they are integrated with community resources and relevant support systems.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that treatment services are tailored to the specific issues presented by clients.

• Conduct risk assessments and develop crisis intervention strategies, effectively managing crises as they arise while ensuring the safety of clients.

• Monitor client admissions, treatment progress, and discharge criteria rigorously, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve favorable client outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and agency policies while completing necessary documentation and reports in a timely manner.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
