Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat various psychosocial issues through individualized social work skills while collaborating closely with patients and their families in resolving personal and environmental challenges.

• Adhere to professional standards of practice consistent with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics, ensuring respect, honesty, and fairness in all interactions.

• Conduct detailed bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify barriers to treatment and develop strategies to improve patients' health and social circumstances.

• Provide consultation to interdisciplinary teams regarding patients' backgrounds and psychosocial needs, facilitating a coordinated care approach to enhance treatment compliance.

• Develop and document comprehensive treatment plans incorporating individual and group therapies, tailoring interventions based on ongoing assessment and treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate records of all social work activities in line with departmental standards to enhance overall care and follow through with patient documentation.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
