Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and psychosocial assessments to determine clients’ needs.

• Lead and participate in Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) development that address specific clients' challenges.

• Monitor and evaluate client outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.

• Facilitate communication and provide guidance to families to support their loved ones effectively.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations to maintain the highest standards of care.

• Foster rapport with clients and their families to create a supportive atmosphere conducive to mental health improvement.

• Utilize appropriate tools, methodologies, and clinical practices to enhance service delivery.
