Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to effectively evaluate clients' psychological health, social circumstances, and support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that set goals and define therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing clients’ quality of life.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring that care is cohesive and client-centered.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary, highlighting your role in maintaining client safety and wellbeing.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accurate reflections of client progress and treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, we require the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
