Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set clear objectives and identify interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups that foster community and healing.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to support clients in acute distress.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to ensure client confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
