Work Environment\n

This full-time position allows for flexibility as you will work remotely from Coos Bay, Oregon, prioritizing convenience without compromising client care. While your primary engagements will be through telehealth, our outpatient office setting facilitates ease of collaboration with a diverse team of clinical psychologists, LMHCs, LCSWs, and other mental health professionals. You will become part of a supportive and collaborative team dynamic, fostering shared goals of transforming clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive therapy services to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families, tailoring your approach based on individual needs.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions, actively engaging with clients and their families, implementing and adjusting treatment plans to ensure the best outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate seamlessly with our clinical team to deliver integrated mental health services, ensuring a cohesive treatment experience.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments and treatment plans, adhering to our in-house policies to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
\n
• Work with Emora Health’s clinical leadership to refine clinical practices and enhance the overall patient experience, utilizing feedback and evidence-based approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse patient population that includes children, teens, and young adults who may be confronting mental health challenges, trauma, or maladaptive behaviors. You will utilize proactive engagement techniques and evidence-based therapies to meet their unique needs, helping them develop important life skills and strategies for sustained mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field.
\n
• Valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status, with an unrestricted state license to practice in Oregon.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure psychotherapy experience, showcasing your capability in providing effective and independent treatment.
\n
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working independently in a telehealth environment.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions.

• Prior exposure to family therapy and multicultural counseling approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role comes with a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits for full-time employees include:
