Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct mental health treatment by screening, evaluating, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions, employing age-appropriate techniques and methodologies to address client needs.

• Facilitate psychotherapy groups for various client demographics, including children, families, and multi-family units, utilizing psychoeducation and interactive discussion techniques.

• Incorporate developmental considerations into therapeutic practices to cater to children and adolescents, ensuring holistic treatment delivery.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all clinical interactions, demonstrating proficiency in electronic medical records systems to enhance client care.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and quality assurance reviews, participating in a minimum of two hours of individual or group supervision each month to support your professional development.

• Coordinate with clients’ families and support networks, including educational staff, social services, and healthcare providers, to create a multi-systemic support system for clients experiencing mental health challenges.

• Attend and participate in ongoing training and continuing education opportunities to stay abreast of best practices and evolving treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
