Key Responsibilities\n

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, empowering them to seek additional community services as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele encompassing various age groups, cultures, and backgrounds facing a multitude of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that marginalized communities have access to the care they need, utilizing a trauma-informed approach to create an inclusive and supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
