Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, supporting them with consistent and compassionate care.

• Document client progress thoroughly, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and participate in team meetings to enhance service delivery and share best practices.

• Utilize various digital tools and software for managing appointments, client records, and billing inquiries.

Our practice serves a wide array of clients, from individuals facing anxiety and depression to couples experiencing challenges in their relationships. Your expertise will help address issues such as conflict resolution, communication barriers, and enhancing relational satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Oregon. Candidates with LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) credentials are also encouraged to apply.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health services, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong ethical foundation and awareness of best practices in mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
