Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to comprehensively evaluate clients' mental health and substance use history, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client's unique challenges.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to the needs of each client.

• Educate and involve clients’ families, emphasizing their crucial role in the recovery process and promoting collaborative treatment strategies.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate integrated care, ensuring that clients receive holistic and well-rounded support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a variety of clients, including adolescents and young adults, who are pre-screened, stable, and present with low acuity issues. This structure allows you to focus on providing effective treatment without the added pressure of handling crisis situations regularly. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC is mandatory.

• Strong proficiency in telehealth therapy is preferred, especially experience working with adolescents and young adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
