Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing flexibility to balance your personal and professional life while serving clients through virtual therapy sessions. Even though the position is remote, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, with regular virtual meetings and opportunities for in-person training sessions as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, creating tailored treatment plans that address specific therapeutic goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services via telehealth platforms to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients, sharing insights that strengthen overall treatment efficacy.

• Engage in crisis intervention and support during challenging situations, employing your skills to help clients navigate acute mental health emergencies with sensitivity and professionalism.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational workshops aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and enhancing community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.

• Comprehensive educational background, with at least a master's degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients of diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, ensuring effective interactions with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client caseloads while ensuring timely documentation and follow-ups.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
