Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, during individual, family, and group sessions.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive and seamless care for clients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals that address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops to foster community support and education on mental health topics.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and assist with safety planning to ensure client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and therapeutic interventions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
