Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Top Point Counseling Clinic, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health needs and facilitate the development of treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing therapy that integrates a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities.

• Document session notes, treatment plan reviews, and progress reports with meticulous attention, adhering to clinic protocols and best practices.

• Deliver compassionate customer service, actively collaborating with fellow clinicians, case managers, and other personnel to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to help clients meet and exceed their personal goals.

• Engage in coordination with families and relevant stakeholders, including educators and medical professionals, to holistically address clients' needs.

• Experience in preparing and managing clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and case notes.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions and documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity to work with our diverse client population.

• Ability to pass a background check.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Benefits include:
