Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' specific needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Support clients and their families by providing education about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices.
\n
• Monitor client progress regularly and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal therapy outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Stay informed on the latest research and advances in mood disorder treatments to continually refine and improve therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in alignment with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to uphold best practices and enhance team dynamics.

• Advocate for the mental health needs of clients, working to diminish stigma surrounding mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
