Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate client needs and establish appropriate diagnoses.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client sessions per week, providing consistent and quality care.

• Document all client interactions comprehensively, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan reviews, and case notes, ensuring adherence to company policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical personnel, and educators, to coordinate holistic care for clients and their families.

• Employ creative therapeutic techniques that resonate with clients, helping them to achieve and exceed their goals.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at We Care Healthcare Center, you will work primarily with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your ability to build rapport and respond sensitively to various backgrounds will be vital in tailoring effective strategies for mental health treatment. You will be instrumental in supporting clients who come to us dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• You must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

• In-depth knowledge of family therapy strategies and community resources available to support client needs.
\n
• Proficiency in completing clinical documentation, including diagnostics assessments (DAs) and treatment plans.

• Demonstration of stable boundaries and professionalism in client interactions.

• A background that reflects comfort working with a wide array of clients from various demographics.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy for children, adolescents, couples, and families is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy techniques is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
