Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Manage a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians, providing quality therapeutic interventions.

• Regularly document client progress, treatment updates, and case notes in compliance with organizational standards and requirements.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and address community mental health needs.

• Employ creativity in therapeutic interventions to help clients set, pursue, and achieve their goals.

• Coordinate necessary services with families, other health professionals, and educational staff to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to maintain professional development and foster team culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n
