Work Environment\n

This position is completely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space while maintaining a flexible schedule. We operate with an outpatient office model, offering therapy services via video conferencing and teletherapy sessions. Our structure is designed to promote a well-balanced work-life dynamic, with core hours being Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments of clients' mental health conditions and establish treatment goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, taking into account their individual circumstances.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions to clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to refer clients to additional resources and specialists when necessary.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust counseling techniques to best serve the evolving needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong relational skills and the ability to build meaningful connections with clients.

• Expertise in evidence-based practices for treating mental health disorders, particularly co-occurring disorders.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to document clearly and concisely.

Compensation and Benefits\n
