Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify individual needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Create and implement customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to clients’ goals and circumstances.

• Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and systemic interventions.

• Engage actively in regular supervision and consultation sessions, promoting professional growth and ethical clinical practice.

• Implement modern therapy techniques and digital tools to enhance client engagement and treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with legal and ethical requirements.

The clients you will serve come from a variety of backgrounds, presenting a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
