Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand client histories, strengths, and challenges, and to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards regarding patient confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of an independent license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to practice in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated experience in therapeutic practices, including the development and implementation of treatment plans.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly effective in virtual therapy settings, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.

• Familiarity with online therapy platforms to deliver seamless and engaging mental health services.
