As a telehealth specialist, you will primarily conduct sessions via video conferencing, ensuring that clients receive effective support in the comfort of their own environments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide on-call crisis intervention services and emergency consultations during business hours, swiftly addressing urgent client needs.

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess clients' psychological well-being, including reviewing any history of substance abuse and criminal behavior.
\n
• Evaluate and document suicide risk accurately to ensure appropriate care and interventions are implemented promptly.
\n
• Deliver psychotherapy and crisis intervention, even in challenging scenarios, to best support client well-being.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, including medical professionals, to offer comprehensive diagnoses and management of psychiatric disorders.

• Develop detailed treatment plans based on clinical guidelines tailored to individual client needs, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical standards and state regulations.
\n
• Communicate recommendations and insights to care teams while coordinating with all parties involved in each client's care journey.

• Provide empathetic counseling and therapy, alongside educational resources to empower clients in their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work is preferred (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• A valid independent license to practice in the state of residence (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and adherence to clinical documentation practices.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in electronic correspondence.

• A valid driver’s license and capability to commute for on-site visits to clients' homes, particularly veterans' residences as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
