Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient's unique trauma history, understanding their specific needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies that prioritize trauma recovery and fortify patients' resilience.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to meet patient-specific goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that allow patients to process their experiences, develop coping mechanisms, and foster a sense of healing within a supportive community.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans that address both psychological and physiological aspects of trauma.

• Provide crisis intervention support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, employing sound clinical judgment and empathy.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and introduce them to coping strategies and resources, thus promoting informed self-care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
