This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to balance your work life with personal responsibilities. You will engage with clients through telehealth platforms, utilizing advanced technology to ensure seamless connections and therapy delivery. While our therapists primarily work from home, you'll be part of a vibrant and collaborative team, with regular virtual meetings to support your professional development and team cohesion. Our outpatient office provides additional support and resources for in-person consultations when necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and craft individualized therapy plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, couple, and family counseling sessions, tailored to clients' specific circumstances.

• Utilize telehealth tools effectively to engage with clients and maintain high standards of confidentiality and data security.

• Remain current with mental health best practices and ethical standards to ensure optimum care for clients.

• Document therapy session progress meticulously to track client improvements and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, responding promptly to clients' emotional and psychological emergencies.

• Foster a therapeutic environment of trust and openness to encourage clients to express their feelings and work toward their personal goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work directly with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. You will encounter clients from all backgrounds, each with unique challenges, and your ability to provide empathetic and culturally competent care will be vital in fostering trust and rapport. Your work will not only aim to alleviate distress but to empower clients to develop skills to enhance their mental resilience and relational health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related mental health field is required.

• An active and valid LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Oregon is essential.

• Possess a strong foundation in clinical care, treatment planning, and mental health assessment methodologies.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, alongside adept digital literacy for telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting is preferred.

• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous.

• Training in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a plus.
