Work Environment\n

This remote position allows our LCSW to work from the comfort of their own home while actively engaging with clients via digital platforms. Flexible scheduling options, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts, provide you with the opportunity to maintain a work-life balance that encourages personal and professional wellbeing. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 7 pm.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Interview clients to gather comprehensive information regarding their social, personal, environmental, and health-related circumstances.

• Assess and treat issues within your scope of practice, ensuring clients receive the most effective interventions.

• Develop and implement programs and therapeutic activities to address clients’ social and emotional needs.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions and provide referrals to community resources when necessary.
\n
• Build and maintain therapeutic relationships grounded in mutual respect, acceptance, and trust.

• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and adjust as needed based on client progress.

• Document all findings, therapy sessions, and progress notes in accordance with established protocols.

• Manage a case load that reflects adequate attention to each client while ensuring timely documentation.

• Complete any additional responsibilities or projects as assigned by management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families facing a range of psychological challenges, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use disorders, and familial conflicts. Your expertise will guide clients toward healthier coping mechanisms and resolutions as they navigate their personal journeys. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is essential.
