Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status, utilizing recognized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to diagnose and evaluate their needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, collaborating with patients and their families to align goals with culturally appropriate interventions.

• Continually monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal mental health outcomes.

• Prepare and maintain accurate treatment records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely documentation through electronic health record systems.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, coordinating referrals and building professional relationships with external treatment providers to support comprehensive patient care.

• Provide mentorship and education to students, interns, and junior staff, fostering an environment of learning within the clinical team.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually.
