Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations of patients’ mental health statuses, employing established diagnostic tools such as the DSM-5 to create a tailored plan of care.

  Regularly monitor patient progress, implementing targeted interventions and strategies to address diagnosed mental health conditions effectively.

  Document treatment plans, progress notes, and other necessary records accurately and in a timely manner using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  Collaborate with patients and their families to build comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that outline desired outcomes and actionable steps.

  Coordinate care by connecting patients with appropriate referral services and maintaining productive working relationships with other healthcare providers and organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
