Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ presenting issues, background, and treatment goals, providing a clear framework for therapeutic intervention.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through various evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy, based on client needs.

• Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans, adjusting interventions to respond to clients' progress and changing circumstances.

• Maintain a positive therapeutic alliance with clients, fostering trust and collaboration in the therapy process.

• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines, confidentiality, and legal standards in all client interactions and documentation.

• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and integrate new therapeutic practices into your work.

• Provide clients with practical strategies, support, and guidance to help them navigate life's challenges and achieve their mental health goals.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss client progress and share insights.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
