With our clinic open Monday through Saturday, you can design your own schedule to accommodate your preferred working hours, whether you choose to see clients in the afternoons, evenings, or weekends. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring your approach based on client needs and preferences.

• Perform initial evaluations and triage care accordingly to ensure timely and appropriate mental health interventions.

• Collaborate with colleagues through regular documentation updates and meetings, contributing to an interdisciplinary care plan that prioritizes patient progress and outcomes.

• Provide thoughtful and ethical case management for assigned clients, including coordination with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to support clients in achieving their individualized service plans.

• Document all clinical interactions in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with departmental standards.

Your role will involve working with a broad spectrum of clients who are seeking mental health support. Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold a current and valid license in Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
