Key Responsibilities\n

The primary responsibilities for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker include:

• Delivering psychotherapeutic services through individual counseling, group therapy, and family interventions tailored to diverse client needs.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments by interviewing clients to gather insight into their social history, personal experiences, and current challenges.

• Developing and implementing treatment plans that address clients' psychological and emotional well-being, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Providing crisis intervention and support, employing de-escalation techniques to assist clients during critical moments.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

• Engaging with the community to facilitate referrals to additional resources and services when necessary, ensuring comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mind Elevate, you will work primarily with clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use issues, and familial conflicts. Your ability to develop personalized treatment strategies will be integral in addressing the unique needs of each client, ultimately contributing to their emotional resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
