Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions, providing mental health services tailored to a diverse client base experiencing a multitude of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Utilize comprehensive assessment techniques, including standardized psychological tests and clinical interviews, to evaluate and diagnose clients effectively.

• Respond promptly to crises by offering immediate intervention services, including conducting suicide risk assessments and coordinating emergency hospitalizations when necessary.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care, participating in care coordination meetings to develop integrated treatment strategies.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes with precision to maintain compliance with best practices and legal standards, ensuring appropriate confidentiality and security of client information.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
