Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized comprehensive treatment plans for students, addressing a variety of mental health needs such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy and counseling sessions for students and their families through virtual platforms, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.

• Monitor students’ progress throughout their therapeutic journey, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in their circumstances or needs.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention services when necessary, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and immediate support strategies.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with school personnel, parents, and community service providers to reinforce students’ support systems.

• Keep detailed, accurate, and professional documentation of all services provided, adhering to ethical standards and best practices in mental health records management.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
