Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychosocial evaluations and assessments to identify the needs and strengths of clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each senior and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Senior LCSW, you will primarily focus on the psychosocial needs of seniors at our Community Health Clinic. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
