Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, and implement personalized support packages for clients dealing with emotional or psychological difficulties.

• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of service users to determine their current needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Set tailored, measurable goals for each case, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on client progress.

• Monitor client developments and outcomes, ensuring timely modifications to therapeutic approaches to enhance effectiveness.

• Provide professional guidance and counseling, recommending strategies that clients can implement to manage their mental health issues.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, treatment progress, and overall status to inform future decisions and collaborations.

• Participate in case conferences with multidisciplinary teams to provide insights and updates on client progress.

• Take on key-worker responsibilities, coordinating care and services across various community resources and support systems.

• Refer clients to relevant community services to facilitate their recovery and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW), Psychology, Sociology, or a related field is required.

• A valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
