Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to gather pertinent information regarding their circumstances and service needs.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients in distress, employing de-escalation techniques and compassionate support.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans while preparing comprehensive reports for tracking progress.

• Facilitate connections between clients and relevant external agencies or services to ensure comprehensive support.

• Offer informational resources and emotional support to clients and their families throughout the treatment process.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and team meetings to stay updated on best practices and innovative approaches in social work.

• Monitor for signs of child abuse or other critical issues and respond according to established protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse population of individuals and families experiencing significant life challenges, including mental health disorders and trauma. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
