Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their social, emotional, and environmental challenges and needs, establishing the foundation for personalized care.

• Develop and coordinate individualized service plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and methods for progress tracking tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Deliver counseling and therapeutic support to individuals and families across a range of life challenges, including grief, mental health issues, and systemic barriers, ensuring sensitivity and respect for their experiences.

• Collaborate closely with clients in formulating service objectives and connecting them with community resources and support groups to promote their recovery and social reintegration.

• Provide crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and establish safety plans for clients facing acute psychological distress or life crises.

• Engage with community agencies and organizations, advocating for client needs and coordinating multipronged service delivery systems.

• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about available services, thereby expanding the agency’s reach and impact.

• Attend and contribute to regular case conferences, team meetings, and professional development training, facilitating a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required to ensure a solid foundation in social work principles.

Compensation and Benefits\n
