Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. You will have the option to choose between 4x10 or 5x8 work shifts within the hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family psychotherapy, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the client’s needs.

• Conduct comprehensive client interviews to gather critical social, personal, health, and environmental information for effective treatment planning.

• Evaluate clients' mental health challenges and establish appropriate treatment goals aligned with their individual circumstances.

• Develop and coordinate programs and activities aimed at addressing clients' emotional and social requirements, ensuring an integrated approach to care.

• Facilitate response strategies for cognitive, affective, and behavioral health crises, maintaining referrals to community resources as needed.

• Cultivate a therapeutic alliance characterized by mutual respect, trust, and acceptance, enabling a safe space for client expression.

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of treatment services provided, making adjustments as necessary to improve clinical outcomes.

• Document all clinical findings and treatment plans in the client records, adhering to established protocols for confidentiality and reporting.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring all documentation is current and reflective of delivered services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
