Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Inner Journey Wellness Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of patients to understand their unique situations and developing personalized treatment plans using best practices in mental health care.

• Providing various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that treatment methods are responsive to the specific preferences and needs of your clients.

• Maintaining comprehensive and timely clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate records are kept for each patient.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to refine skills, share insights, and enhance overall care quality.

• Providing education and resources to clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and local community resources for ongoing support.

• Staying current with the latest research and methodologies in mental health treatment to integrate newfound knowledge into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Colorado.

• At least 3 years of population experience in a clinical setting, specifically in the provision of psychotherapy services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
