Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at our clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments for clients experiencing a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relational challenges.

• Developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client while adhering to best practices in psychotherapy.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to guide clients toward recovery.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and quality standards are met.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance clinical skills and improve treatment outcomes.

• Providing education and resources to clients and their families about mental health topics and available community services.

• Staying informed about the latest developments in mental health research and practices to continuously elevate the standard of care provided to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals of varying ages and backgrounds, who are coping with a wide array of mental health concerns. Your effective communication skills and empathetic approach will be vital as you engage with clients and help them navigate their respective challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
