Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities in individual and group settings to promote client well-being and resilience.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards of confidentiality and record-keeping.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other social workers, to coordinate holistic care that addresses both physical and mental health needs.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their mental health and well-being.

• Stay informed about current mental health research, practices, and regulatory changes to continuously enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
