Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to inform individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client preferences.

• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide tailored care that addresses each client’s unique challenges.

• Maintain diligent and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all interactions and treatment plans are accurately recorded.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated, holistic approach to client care.

• Engage in ongoing case consultations and peer reviews, enhancing your clinical skills while contributing to the collective knowledge of our team.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to foster empowerment and independence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
