Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals and concerns.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, aimed at facilitating positive behavioral changes and emotional healing.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, other LCSWs, and support staff, to provide holistic care for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Transformative Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside performance-based bonuses.
