This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to support clients from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our health clinic operations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments on clients, utilizing standardized tools and methods to gather detailed information on their history and current challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, focusing on enhancing coping strategies and emotional resilience.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed practices, during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention during urgent situations, applying de-escalation techniques and coordinating referrals for higher-level care when necessary.

• Conduct psychoeducational sessions for clients and family members to promote understanding of mental health issues and available treatment options.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance with relevant laws and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient care, share insights, and develop collective strategies for effective mental health service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients across a spectrum of ages and backgrounds, addressing a wide array of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
