Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based clinical assessments to clients experiencing major mental health issues and emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, facilitating access to necessary services and maintaining effective communication with clients, families, and other healthcare providers.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals, enhance service delivery, and ensure the quality of care.

• Conduct brief, focused therapy sessions while utilizing best practices in crisis intervention as needed.

• Manage a caseload that includes individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring personalized treatment aligned with clients' needs and goals.

• Adhere to professional ethical standards and organizational policies to maintain the integrity and safety of the therapeutic environment.

• Monitor client progress, attendance, and transitional care needs, documenting key interactions and outcomes in a timely manner.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. A master’s degree and LCSW licensure in Texas is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
